Astrum Solar to Help More Massachusetts Homeowners Go Solar

2049

Four Massachusetts communities select Astrum Solar as exclusive community solar partner. The new partnerships, along with existing ones, position the company to help over 250,000 people throughout the northeast to go solar with incentives provided by Solarize Massachusetts and Solarize Connecticut.

The evidence keeps mounting that policy is a more important factor in solar adoption than solar resources. A good example is the northeast, where Massachusetts has consistently appeared on lists of top solar states.

Now even more solar is on its way to the state, on the roofs of homeowners.

Astrum Solar, a national full-service residential solar provider, today announced that it has been selected as the exclusive Solarize partner for four Massachusetts communities: Andover, Needham, Lexington, and Bedford. This brings the total number of community partnerships Astrum has won to over twenty and positions the company to help over 250,000 people throughout the northeast to go solar with incentives provided by Solarize Massachusetts and Solarize Connecticut.

“Solarize programs provide great incentives for homeowners to make the switch to solar and start saving money on their utility bills,” said Vadim Polikov, Astrum Solar’s President and Chief Executive Officer. “We are seeing a tremendous increase in interest in residential solar as more homeowners begin to realize they can harness the abundant sunlight throughout the northeast to power their homes with cleaner, cheaper electricity.”

Solarize programs are initiated by specific communities in participating states with the goal of encouraging large numbers of homeowners to make the switch to solar. In most cases, a rigorous selection process managed by the community results in the selection of a single installation partner. “The decision of each of these communities to select Astrum Solar as their exclusive partner is a reflection of the quality and value we bring to each customer relationship, as well as our reputation in the residential solar industry.  We are proud to be the official choice of these Massachusetts communities,” said Polikov.
